Description
Areas of Applications:
- As accelerating admixture for plasters, mortar, gunniting / shot-creating application.
- Early shifting and form removal / demoulding of pre-cast elements.
- As an accelerator during production of hollow / solid blocks, paver blocks / tiles, cement tiles, which helps in reducing breaking of the edges while opening and lifting the moulds.
- Cold weather concreting and shortcreting / gunniting.
Application Method:
- Charge cement and aggregates to concrete mixer as per the mix design, mix in dry state for 1-2 minutes.
- Start addition of 75% – 80% mixing water & mix for 2-3 minutes.
- Professor Seal – PB Plast CL is added as per the recommended dosage into the remaining mixing / gauzing water, then add to concrete mixer & mix for another 2 minutes.
- Discharge the concrete / plaster into the moulds & set initially for 24-36 Hours.
- Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices.
