Application Method:
- Mechanically clean the surface to remove all loose particles, dirt, oil, grease etc. Vacuum cleaning or using oil free compressed air to remove any loose material generated during mechanical cleaning.
- For waterproofing – Mix Professor Seal – RubberCoat with cement in ratio of 1:1.5 by weight and apply in 2 coats. The application area shall be covered with a protective screed.
- For making repair mortar – Mix Professor Seal – RubberCoat at 10-15% by weight of cement in 1:3 cement-fine sand mix for use as repair mortar along with 18-22% water by weight of cement to a workable consistency.
- As screed concrete – Mix Professor Seal – RubberCoat 10-15% by weight of cement to a screed concrete of proportion- 1:1.5:1.5 (cement: sand: 4-8 mm aggregates) along with 20% water by cement weight. Mix the content to uniform consistency using a site concrete mixer.
- As bonding agent in repair – Mix Professor Seal – RubberCoat with cement in 1:1 ratio by weight & apply on pre-wetted substrate. Overlay repair mortar when this coat is tacky.
